Nemo had too much fun with this one. He regularly says this was one of his favorite cocktails he created for 2020. It was light, refreshing, beautifully sweet, and used Taconic's own barrel-aged maple syrup. All of these things are worth a try.
This week's Whiskey Weekly cocktail recipe:
Taconic Maple High Ball
2oz Taconic Bourbon @taconic_distillery
1 bar spoon Taconic Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
2 bar spoon Pluot Extract (plum will do)
1 drop Lemon Oil
1 drop Citric Acid Dilution
1 dash Golden Bitters (chai tea bitters)
Fever Tree Soda Water
Garnish: Toasted Clove-picked Pluot and Thyme
