How It Works:
Monthly
FIRST MONTH:
- Your card will be charged at time of sign up for the first month.
- A Shot Request Form will be sent out for your Shot Requests for the month.
- The first month's Shot Request Form will be due within 5 days of receipt in order for our team to deliver content on time.
- The first month's videos will be delivered by the 23rd of the month in a gallery for review. Additional editing will be charged at $100/hr, first 20 minutes free.
- The Shot Request Form for the next month will be sent out by the 25th.
- The next month will be charged on the 25th.
SUBSEQUENT MONTHS:
- 23rd of the month: All videos will be delivered by Google Drive or other similar platform. Additional editing will be charged at $100/hr, first 20 minutes free.
- 25th of the month: Cards will be charged for the upcoming month (ie. May 25th, charged for June)
- 1st of the month: Shot Request Forms are due, and our production team gets to work!
*If you need one of the requested shots before the 23rd, there is an additional $25 fee, and we'll deliver on the date you need.
Every month, we will send a form asking for shot needs.

Additional costs are subject to change based on request or changes to pricing of our contractors.
Additional Costs will be charged at the completion of the Shot Request Form. Additional costs from Shot Request Form must be paid before content delivery.
All videos will be shot and provided in a format for Social Media unless otherwise requested. Additional charges may apply for larger video formats. Videos are shot to be 30 seconds or shorter, 9:16 aspect ratio to use for most platforms. If something else is desired, we must be notified.
